the tram stop was very close. i loved that the hotel offered a good breakfast with a constantly replenished selection. the hotel staff was friendly and cute.

The hotel is near public transportation. The breakfast include eggs, cheeses, and sausages. There are yogurts, many pastries, fruits, and vegetables. Cereal is also provided for breakfast.
The room had not opening windows. I could not air out the room. The small flush button in the toilet does not work. The big one jammed.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is great, a short walk to metro and tram. daily cleaning ensured the room remained tidy.
the hotel uses a central air conditioning system. this prevented me from adjusting the temperature in my room. the set temperature was 26 degrees celsius, it felt too warm.

The hotel had a good location near a metro station. The breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet pastries and fruits. The staff were nice and helpful, offering prompt assistance. Public areas were very clean.
The room was too hot upon arrival. There were no windows that could be opened for ventilation. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and did not adequately cool the room.
